Description:
High-voltage, box-shared enclosed buses(3-35KV/250A~5000A) are developed by ourcompany at later 1980S for responding market demands.They are widely used between HV power distribution boxes as well as in power transmission/distribution lines of power generators in power plant, steel company, hydropower station and thermal power station,etc.For this series of bus, the manufacturing processes-fromthe making of sheath to the treatment of busbar,all have adpted the leading technology in the industry.All processes for GFM series HV bus made at Huapeng are equipped with optimal electric control and most economical &reasonable technical design, The product has been certified by the authorities from the state, e.g. Shanghai Huatong Central Laboratory and Xi’an High Voltage Electric Apparatus Research Institute, etc.
Structural performance of GFM:
1)The sheath is made of non-magnetic high-quality Al alloy,is fully enclosedmair-sealed,corrosion proof, and has a wonderful heat radiation and grounding behavior.Its non-magneric aluminum material can greatly reduce eddy-current heating due to HV current.
2)Its special flange port allows flexible joing of big bus boxes without bend fitting,as a result the design and installation of the bus systems can be programmed and standardized.
3)For each section of bus, generally it has standard maintenance hole at its upper part(or at side if required on site),from which the maintenance person can operate up to any position inside the bus.The making process for flange at maintenance port and highly demanded flange full-welding technology makes the degree of protection for the bus sheath be up to IP54,and it needs no adjustment in the degree of protection for installation under normal outdoors environment.
4)The intensive making process and reasonable structure makes a smooth and flat surface for the produced bus,so that it has no water build up for outdoor sheath.The necessary water dredging and discharging unit at bus bottom can not only discharge efficiently the water build up inside the bus but also prevent the entrance of dust and sundries.
5)The reasonable design of interanl support allows the max.electric clearance between different phases of busbars while meeting completely the final requirements of the users.The design of the grounding terminal at flange end of each section of the bus provides a smooth solid grounding system after installing the bus system.
6)The sheath surface is coated with lusterless paint,the color of which can be selected as the customer required.
Insulation configuration for GFM:
The bus conductor takes air as insulation medium,and different insulaton insulation electric clearances will be selected depending on different vlotage rating.(mm)

The conductor support is porcelain insulator, which can be selected based on voltage rating,bus su\ize and mechanical load on the insulator required by the user.
