Applicaple scope:CCX3 Closely-packed Busbar is applicable for power transmission/distribution system with rated voltage up to 690V,rated operation current 100A~5000A,and frequency 50~60HZ. This series of products have all passed the strict certification from China quality certification.
Structural performance of CCX3:
1)The reasonable"sandwich"phase-line intensive overlapping structure makes the bus duct more compacted in outline, and have small voltage drop,this has eliminated"chimney effect"of bus duct at afire accident.It can be used for large-span installation in field construction.
2)The enclosure is made up by molded electric aluminum section jointly with cold-drawn thin steel section.The sheaths are of light weight,are completely enclosed, not-venting,they not only have the high strength of aluminum sheath.Its special weakly-mahnetic Al. side plate can reduce the eddy current between phases of big-current load obviously for bus bar;and amonolithic earthing system is formed in the sheath range,when it has a high-capacity grounding fault,this can efficiently lessen the pressure on bus PE grounding strip,and form up the second grounding system by double-safeth way,so as to guarantee the safe running of the whole bus duct system.
3)its locked single-arm adapter as standard configuration allows a reliable and easy connection.
4)one can easily set up the power feed outlet, both the upper and lower sides can be set at the same time, and this will not reduce its bend strength,The degree of protection of the feed socket is up prevent dirt,dust and incorrect operation,the material is ABS high-efficiency molded plastic.
Insulation configuration of CCX3:
The medium insulation for bus CCX3 series mainly uses high-efficient insulation material-polyester film,this material has a good resistance to high temperature,high dielectric performance,and the insulation class is"B".One can also adopt high-grade insulation material the ’’king og plastics"-Teglon directional filmmit has a high heat resistance,the coltage resistance of asingle layer is up to 6000V,the insulation class is"C",and the aging service life is more than 50 years, it is the product with best performance among current insulation materials in practice.
Technical parameters of CCX3:1)with a"sandwich" seal structural design,the general degree of protection is IP40,and be IP54 if specially required.The protection from the sheath has been inspected and approved by the authorities of China.
2)The bus system can withstand 3750Vline-frequency voltage for 1min without breakdown and flashover.
3)when the bus system works normally under a rated current,the temperature rise is not higher than:60K at joint,30K at sheath,40K in duct.
